Timoshin was born in 1959. in Spassk Far Far East, in the family of a soldier. Graduated from art school and then Belarusian State Theatre and Art Institute in Minsk.
Already as a student interested in industrial graphics, posters. Carried away by artists such as Rodchenko, Vesnin brothers, Larionov, Mayakovsky and Suprematism, book graphics.
